Description
Ribeye steaks are cut from the rib and usually have good marbling and juiciness. The size of the steak depends upon which end of the rib it is cut from – steaks cut closer to the chuck will be larger, serving a few people, while steaks cut from the back end of the rib will be small and suitable for one person. Glynwood’s ribeye steaks come boneless and one steak is typically suitable for one person. Ribeye steaks are also known as the Delmonico, market, or Spencer steaks.
